Though we aim to please, we do not accept product returns nor is it efficient for you to ship bags of coffee to us. Please contact us through the form at bottom along with your feedback (good or bad). We will process the request in a timely manner, and gladly offer a reasonable replacement of a different roast, or up to a full product refund if necessary.
All coffee is roasted fresh to order, and shipped to you by next day. Most shipments will arrive within a few days of your order, which is ideal since fresh roasted coffee beans need to "de-gas" carbon dioxide within 24-72 hours after roasting. This allows for optimal flavor development before grinding and brewing. Our bags have a resealable tear strip, and one-way valves to allow this gas to release in storage while also preventing oxygen from getting in and oxidizing your freshly roasted beans. We'd like to take credit for timing this perfectly, but it is actually the coffee bean's fault. :)
